Lynne Flowers is a veteran of the electric, natural gas and renewable energy industry sectors with over 25 years experience negotiating and structuring complicated, long term energy agreements involving multiple parties - often across international borders. She has played a leading role as a consultant, and prior to that as an employee, of world-class organizations originating power and natural gas contracts, initiating and managing legislative and regulatory processes, testifying on power industry competition issues in multiple state and federal venues and supporting development of commercial energy projects.
